Shipping Policy

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation

  • Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays

2. Delivery Time

  • Within India: 4–7 business days after dispatch

  • Delivery timelines may vary based on location and courier availability

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on prepaid orders (can customize if needed)

  • COD orders may include an additional charge

  • Express shipping (if available) will be charged at checkout

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS

5. Address Changes

  • Address changes can be made before dispatch only

  • Once shipped, we cannot guarantee modifications


Returns & Exchange Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns/exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Request raised within 7 days of delivery

  • Product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

  • Tags, invoice, and original packaging must be intact


2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons, if you want strict policy)

  • Customized or personalized jewelry

  • Items bought on clearance or sale

  • Used or damaged products


3. Return Process

  • Email us at [your email] with:

    • Order ID

    • Reason for return

    • Product images (if damaged/defective)

  • Our team will review and arrange a reverse pickup (if available)

  • If pickup is unavailable, customers may need to self-ship


4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed after quality check of returned product

  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days


5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed for:

    • Damaged product

    • Wrong item received

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery


6. Return Shipping Charges

  • If the product is damaged/incorrect → We bear the cost

  • If return is due to customer preference → Customer bears shipping charges


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with images

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost
