At Ever Jewels by Megha, we strive to provide a smooth, secure, and hassle-free shopping experience. Please review our payments and orders policy below before placing your order.


1. Order Placement

  • Orders can be placed directly through our website.

  • Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email/WhatsApp.

  • All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.


2. Payment Methods

We offer multiple secure payment options:

  • Credit / Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)

  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)

  • Net Banking

  • Wallets

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) (if applicable)

All payments must be completed before order processing for prepaid orders.


3. Pricing & Taxes

  • All prices are listed in INR (₹).

  • Prices may include or exclude applicable taxes (clearly mentioned at checkout).

  • Shipping charges (if any) will be calculated at checkout.

  • Prices and offers are subject to change without prior notice.


4. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • You will receive shipping confirmation once your order is dispatched.


5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

  • Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

  • For cancellation requests, please contact us immediately with your Order ID.


6. Failed or Pending Payments

  • If your payment fails but the amount is deducted, it is usually refunded automatically by your bank within 5–7 working days.

  • If you face any issues, please contact your bank or reach out to our support team.


7. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email/WhatsApp.

  • You can track your order using the provided tracking link.


8. Modifications to Orders

  • Changes to your order (address, product, etc.) must be requested within 12–24 hours of placing the order.

  • Once processed or shipped, modifications may not be possible.


9. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD may be available for selected locations.

  • Additional COD charges may apply.

  • We reserve the right to confirm COD orders via phone before processing.


10. Fraud Prevention

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order flagged as fraudulent or suspicious.

  • Additional verification may be required for certain transactions.
